Official Rules — Prost‑Fix Monthly Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Each monthly entry period is a separate promotion.
1. Sponsor
{SPONSOR_LEGAL_NAME}, {SPONSOR_STREET_ADDRESS}, {SPONSOR_CITY_STATE_ZIP} (the "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18+ (or age of majority in state of residence). Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period & Entry Periods
The promotion begins {START_DATE} at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and continues month‑to‑month until Sponsor ends it by posting notice on the Giveaway Page. Each monthly Entry Period begins 12:00:01 a.m. ET on the first calendar day of the month and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of the month.
4. How to Enter
A. Instant Form (Primary Method): During an Entry Period, complete the Meta/Facebook Instant Form linked from Sponsor's ad by providing a valid email address (required) and any other requested fields.
B. Mail‑In (Alternate Method of Entry "AMOE"): Hand‑print your full name, mailing address, email, and phone on a 3×5 card and mail in a #10 envelope to: "Prost‑Fix Monthly Giveaway Entry," {AMOE_MAILING_ADDRESS}. Must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period and received within 5 days thereafter.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per Entry Period regardless of method. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries through third parties are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Ten (10) winners per Entry Period. Each winner receives one (1) three‑month supply of Prost‑Fix (three bottles). ARV: $99 each. Total ARV per Entry Period: $990. Prize specifics determined by Sponsor. No cash value or substitution except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
Sponsor (or its agent) will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Entry Period within 7 days after the Entry Period ends. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification/Verification
Potential winners will be notified via email (and/or SMS if provided) and must respond within 5 days with any requested eligibility or shipping information. Non‑response, ineligibility, or failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate. Limit one prize per person/household per 12‑month period. Prizes ship to U.S. addresses only.
8. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes/fees associated with acceptance/use of the prize. If required, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and testimonial (if voluntarily provided) for advertising/promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend any Entry Period if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, or to disqualify any person believed to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules or unsportsmanlike. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged/returned.
11. Release
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize.
12. Meta/Facebook
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Meta.

Information submitted is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy: .
14. Disputes
Governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts principles. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction: state and federal courts located in {VENUE_COUNTY}, New York. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved individually, without class action.
15. Winners List
For a list of winners (first name, last initial, city, state), send a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to "Winners List – Prost‑Fix Monthly Giveaway," {SPONSOR_MAILING_ADDRESS} within 60 days after an Entry Period ends.
